Product Design Lead with 10 years experience.

Currently, shaping the future of AI-enabled healthcare at Cityblock Health. Previously, empowered growth mindsets at Pluralsight.

Cityblock Health
As AI reshapes what's possible in healthcare, Cityblock needs a clear point of view to guide foundational product decisions.

I'm driving that strategy, co-leading development of our three-year product vision, facilitating cross-team ideation sessions and developing low-fi prototypes to align leadership from CTO down on how AI will help us prioritize, guide, and streamline care delivery.

This work is currently in-progress.

Enabling configurable care delivery at scale

Cityblock Health
Automating workflows or updating care interventions required engineering support. Frequent requests competed with other product priorities, leaving teams stuck with error-prone, manual processes, outdated guidance, and stalled innovation.

To solve this, I designed a suite of self-service admin tools, giving clinical leaders the flexibility to automate workflows and deploy interventions on their own, while outreach managers gained the autonomy to customize call lists and quickly respond to shifting market targets.

Assessing needs, quickly and effectively

Cityblock Health
In healthcare, assessments are a core tool in identifying needs and guiding treatment and support plans—but the assessments were hard to find and cumbersome to complete.

I made evaluating our members faster, clearer, and more accurate: redesigning the assessment context for faster access, cutting redundant data entry with auto-fill, and expanding the platform's capabilities with more complex live calculations to prevent computing errors.

Reassessing our test experience

Pluralsight
Skill IQ, a test to quickly map skill understanding and guide learning, was one of Pluralsight's key differentiators, but as its usage grew, so did concerns about accuracy.

I led multiple efforts to identify and address accuracy concerns, redesigning key interactions in the test experience and rethinking how we prepared and motivated learners to test their knowledge.
